I was on the mountain this afternoon to collect my final paperwork for this report, and there was a foot of new snow at the grooming shed with a total of 6 feet on the snow stake.  It just seems like winter is still going strong.  It is over for this year and the 4X4’s will be out tomorrow. Due to the coronavirus the snowparks are closed and toilets locked.   Hopefully next winter will be a better grooming season with December snow, no road closures, flooding, warm temperatures off and on, or pandemics!

Thanks again to Allen, Buckshot, Jeff, Larry, Kurt for the time they put in this year on the groomers, both driving and maintaining the CATS.  I appreciate their willingness to change schedule almost weekly due to varying weather conditions we had this year.  Thanks to Gary Wood, Cecil Barry and anyone who helped them for clearing trees and brush out of the trails.  It was a big help. Thanks to Jeff, Brandon and Tammy for posting grooming reports on the web and Facebook to keep snowmobilers informed.

Thanks for your patience this year, we’ll hopefully have a better year next year.
