The weather forecast turned out to be right and we have warm temps with rain on the mountain. Both Snotel sites are showing mid 30s temps and 5 to 9 tenths of inch of rain, and no new snow. It is 37 degrees at that clubhouse and slush in the parking area. ODOT is reporting slush and high water on 204, 35 degrees. It doesn’t look good for grooming till hopefully the middle of next week. Thanks again to the guys for grooming on short notice as it seems every year we never know what day of the week we can groom. Also thanks for patience in the low country as we haven’t had enough snow to groom Corwin corner, Kralmans property, big power line. This rain down there will melt even more snow. Every year we have trouble getting enough snow to groom down and we can’t groom dirt.
