On the mountain today to check the grooming shed and snow conditions. There is only 6 to 8 inches at the shed, and it is hard like cement. Rain in the forecast for tomorrow morning than turning to rain snow mix in the afternoon. We could get 1 to 3 inches of snow by Saturday morning. Still waiting for that big storm to drop a couple of feet of snow so we can start grooming. Next week doesn’t look good either, some snow but warm temps during the days. But gate is now open at the morning creek crossing. Hopefully after New Years we will get snow to groom.
